Am I the only one that drools like Homer Simpson when I see colour combinations like these? (Don't answer that. I don't need to be told.)
I think this guy is rivalling my 'Sweet Kate' Spiderwort in my affections. I've got a real "thing" for chartreuse foliage.

This is gorgeous... I love the chartreuse too. I wondered if plants these colors are relatively new to the home gardening world? I don't feel like I've seen them except in the past few years.
