Pink and Yellow

One of today's new blooms is an apricot double daylily called Vanilla Fluff. I guess it looks more yellow here than apricot. The other one that bloomed today is Joan Senior. It is a cream (white) daylily. I couldn't get a good photo of it. According to this blog, last year Joan Senior's first bloom was on July 28 and Vanilla Fluff did not bloom until August 6. Now you know.



Pink and yellow is the colour of my favourite daylily.



And also a couple that I really like, but would not call my favourites, Mariska and Catherine Woodbury.





And finally, another dose of yellow, from one of the sunflowers that grew from birdseed.
