Spring Garden Photos

Well, I was going to do a "purple" post, since that is certainly a dominant colour in the garden this spring, but I think I'd rather just post random photos from the past few days (minus the two rainy ones) in the garden.

I'm thrilled to see your trees!!! Ours are trying but no where near to where yours are! The irises here are up but not blooming yet either. Soon I'm hoping. As always, your yard looks like a glorious place to be!!!

Hud went to buy a Crimson King last night, but came home empty handed as he couldn't decide between a taller lean one or a shorter full one. What is your opinion?I am desperate to hide the view of my neighbours yard!

Great pics. I love the Fritillaria. My neighbor has these and we were trying to think of the name of them the other day. Thanks..LOL

Your buddha looks divine. (Sorry, I couldn't resist--he really does!) I love those iris, too. The combination of deep purple and the plummy purple really look nice together.
