Garden in November

We've had a pretty mild November. We're getting frost at night, but the ground is still soft, and the air warms up nicely during the day when the sun is shining. We can still get by with our light jackets.

In the garden, bare space and browns and oranges predominate where once everything was fresh and green.

Kerri said...: The fall browns and oranges have their own attractiveness, but I'd certainly rather see the greens and flowers, wouldn't you?
We have to look at the drab colors for far too long a period.
Your photos are lovely though. They show the "bones" of the garden.
